Rinse the radishes and place them in a colander. Let them drain for a minute or two, and then place them in the freezer if you’re going to serve them within 20 minutes, or the back of the refrigerator if you plan to serve them later.
Just before serving, melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Pour the melted butter into a small bowl, and fill a small shallow dish with sea salt. Arrange the radishes and the two bowls on a platter or tray.
Tell your guests to dip a radish in the butter, and then in the sea salt, and enjoy.
